In alignment with Puerto Rico’s Cybersecurity Plan and the strategic priorities defined by the Cybersecurity Planning Committee, PRITS oversees a portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives designed to reduce risk, protect critical government services, and improve cyber resilience across the public sector. These initiatives require structured, proactive, and coordinated project management support to ensure timely execution, alignment with federal expectations, and effective use of grant funds.

To support these efforts, PRITS seeks to procure specialized Project Management Services to oversee, coordinate, and support the implementation of cybersecurity projects funded through the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP). As the Cybersecurity Plan is a living document, the portfolio of projects supported under this SCON may change based on operational needs, federal guidance, risk conditions, and emerging priorities. This SCON is therefore intentionally designed to provide PRITS with flexible, scalable project management capacity capable of supporting multiple concurrent efforts and adapting as project scopes change.
